For high-altitude treks like Hampta Pass or Rupin Pass. Demands aerobic capacity, leg strength, and mental resilience.
Goal: 6 km run in 32 minutes AND 15 km hike with 10 kg pack by week 4. Add stair-climb intervals.

Week 1
Aerobic + intervals- Run 5 km × 3
- Interval sprints 6×200 m
- Squats 5×15
- Yoga 45 min
Week 2
Strength block- Run 5 km × 3
- Weighted lunges 4×12/leg
- Stair intervals 20 min × 2
- Hike 12 km with 8 kg pack
Week 3
Load carrying- Run 6 km × 3
- Deadlifts / step-ups 5×10
- Hike 15 km with 10 kg pack
- Breath-hold drills
Week 4
Taper + simulate- Run 6 km × 2
- Back-to-back hikes 12 km + 15 km
- Mobility 30 min daily
- Rest days 2
