Terms of Service

These terms govern your booking with Parvatpath ("we", "us"), operated from Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

1. Booking & payment

A trek is confirmed only after we receive the applicable deposit through Razorpay. Balance is due 30 days before departure or your booking may be forfeited.

2. Fitness & medical fitness

You are responsible for arriving with the fitness described on the trek page. You must disclose pre-existing medical conditions during booking. Our trek lead may refuse participation on safety grounds; no refund is due in that case.

3. Risk acknowledgement

Himalayan trekking carries inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather changes, and terrain hazards. You participate at your own risk and must sign our liability waiver at check-in.

4. Insurance

Trek insurance covering evacuation up to 6,000 m is mandatory. Proof of insurance is required at check-in.

5. Route changes

We may modify the itinerary for safety (weather, landslides, permits). Alternative arrangements will be offered; refunds are governed by our refund policy.

6. Conduct

Trekkers must follow trek lead instructions. Substance abuse, littering, and disrespectful conduct toward guides or local communities are grounds for immediate removal without refund.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Dehradun.
