Refunds follow the tiered schedule below. See our cancellation policy for the full process.
Refund tiers

| 30+ days | 90% (10% admin fee) |
| 15–30 days | 50% |
| 7–14 days | 25% |
| < 7 days | No refund (transfer allowed) |
How refunds are processed
- Initiated within 3 business days of cancellation.
- Credited via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Payment gateway charges (2%) are non-refundable.
Trek cancelled by Parvatpath
If we cancel a trek (weather, permits, insufficient batch size), you receive a 100% refund or free reschedule to any other batch within 12 months.
