How do I book a trek?

Pick a trek and a batch date, fill in trekker details, and pay a 20% deposit online. The remaining amount auto-reminds 30 days before departure.

How much is the deposit?

For most treks it's 20% of the total. For Hampta Pass and Har Ki Dun it's a flat ₹1,000 per person.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

Cancel 30+ days before departure — 90% refund. 15–29 days — 50%. 7–14 days — 25%. Under 7 days — no refund. See /refund-policy for the full schedule.

Are guides certified?

Yes. Every trek is led by an IMF-affiliated or NIM-trained lead with wilderness first-aid, plus a certified assistant on larger batches.

What's the group size?

Never more than 15 trekkers per batch, with at least one lead + one assistant per group.

What fitness level do I need?

Easy/Moderate treks: 4–5 km jog in 25 mins. Difficult/Challenging: prior high-altitude experience is expected.

Do I need travel insurance?

Strongly recommended. We include on-ground evacuation coordination; comprehensive travel + trek insurance is on the trekker.

What's included in the price?
