Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to trekkers while covering the non-refundable costs we incur (permits, homestays, provisions and transport bookings).

Refund schedule

• More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (10% admin fee).
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule to any batch within the same season, once, free of charge, if requested at least 15 days before departure. Fare differences (if any) apply.

Trek cancelled by Parvatpath

If we cancel a batch (weather, unsafe conditions, insufficient group size), you get a full refund or a free reschedule to another batch.

How to cancel

Email support@parvatpath.com with your booking ID. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
